Under his father's guidance, Master Watkins began his training over 30 years ago, first developing in Japanese style Martial Arts and then in the Korean Styles.

Master Watkins is a 2007 Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee

2-time International Karate Federation Grand Champion

6-time International Taekwondo Gold Medalist

10-time National Champion

12-time Wyoming State Heavy Weight Champion in the sport of  Taekwondo.

·Military Officer Candidate School Taekwondo Instructor

·Police Department T.K.D. Instructor

Additionally, Master Watkins  instructs people/groups across the nation in a variety of instructional capacities.  Master Watkins teaches Flexibility, Self-Defense, Sparring, Forms and Martial arts based seminars for Athletic clubs, Colleges,  Martial Arts Schools, Military and Police agencies.
